Lee Munz will be the point of contact at <a href="tel:254-773-2250;241" dir="ltr" x-apple-data-detectors="true" x-apple-data-detectors-type="telephone" x-apple-data-detectors-result="1">254-773-2250, ext. 241</a>.<br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><u style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">TSSWCB POLICY FOR O&M ALLOCATIONS</u></b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><u style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">11/16/2017</u></b></p><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Funding for O&M we be allocated based on proposals submitted by SWCDs. <br></span><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">· After funding is authorized or allocated to the SWCD, the work must be completed within 90 day's. <br></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Each SWCD will be allowed to submit a number of proposals based on the number of dams the SWCD is responsible for as follows:</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o SWCDs with 200 or more dams: 5 proposals</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o SWCDs with 80 to 199 dams: 4 proposals</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o SWCDs with 25 to 79 dams: 3 proposals</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o SWCDs with less than 25 dams: 2 proposals</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> ·<span style="line-height: normal;"> </span>The maximum amount of each proposal cannot exceed $20,000, unless <a href="x-apple-data-detectors://4" dir="ltr" x-apple-data-detectors="true" x-apple-data-detectors-type="misc" x-apple-data-detectors-result="4" style="-webkit-text-decoration-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.258824);">the proposal</a> is for only one dam. In that case the maximum dollar amount for that proposal (one dam) shall be as follows:</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o SWCDs allowed 5 proposals: $100,000</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o SWCDs allowed 4 proposals: $80,000</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o SWCDs allowed 3 proposals: $60,000</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o SWCDs allowed 2 proposals: $40,000</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px; margin-left: 1in;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">o The maximum amounts for a proposal with one dam shown above shall also be the maximum amount allowed for the total of all proposals submitted by each SWCD </span></p><p></p><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">SWCDs with funded proposals may submit another group of proposals requesting funds for additional work, after work on the currently funded proposals is 75% complete.</span><p></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" align="left" style="text-indent: 0px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> · Requests for waivers of the above policy, with appropriate documentation and justification, will be considered on a case by case basis.</span></p><p></p><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"></span></div></body></html>
