        Roman"">On Wednesday March 28, 2018 the State Board
        approved an additional $1,000,000.00 ($950,000.00 O&M)
        ($50,000.00 administration) for O&M.<span
          style="mso-spacerun:yes">  </span>These funds are available
        to be allocated and O&M work <b>must be completed by July
          15, 2018.</b><span style="mso-spacerun:yes">  </span><b
          style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">All requests for
          reimbursement must be submitted by July 31</b>, <b
          style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">2018.</b> The state
        financial system will be shut down around August 10 to convert
        to a new system.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">  </span>Payment
        could be delayed up to 30 days for any invoices submitted after
        July 31.</span></p>

        Control Programs” that must be fully filled out and signed by
        the responsible entity requesting state funds.<span

        attached to each proposal in order to be considered for funding.</span></p>

        Roman"">On 3/28/2018, the State Board also approved changes
        to the methodology that is used to approve proposals for
        Operation and Maintenance grants under the TSSWCB Flood Control
        Dam Program.  This is effective immediately.<span
          style="mso-spacerun:yes">  </span>Attached is the current
        policy and a table with the maximum number of proposals allowed
        for each SWCD.</span></p>
