Dear Flood Control Program Stakeholder:

If you are receiving this message you are subscribed to the Texas State 
Soil and Water Conservation Board's (TSSWCB) Flood Control Programs 
mailing list.  This was setup to allow us the ability to provide 
interested parties with updates on program news, rules, guidance, and 
documents.

*** FLOOD CONTROL PROGRAMS DOCUMENT UPDATES*

We have been made aware of numerous instances where the TSSWCB had 
associated certain flood control dams with the incorrect soil and water 
conservation district.  The TSSWCB has made these corrections, and has 
updated the program forms, lists, and documents.  The updated forms are 
now available on the TSSWCB's website.  Please begin using the updated 
versions of these forms immediately.
