[Flood-Control] O&M Funding for FY 2022

To All Flood Control Program Sponsors:
The board approved budget for O&M in fiscal year 2022 is $2,000,000.  As of September 17, all of these funds have been obligated to O&M proposals. New proposals will not be funded at this time.

Most bids for repair and rehab construction have been coming in higher than amounts obligated in agreements in FY 2021, requiring TSSWCB to provide additional funds from the FY 2022 budget in order for construction to move forward. Currently, there are still 21 projects funded in FY 2021 that have not received bids, and we must hold all available FY 2022 funds in reserve to cover any high bids.
After all bids have been received, we will re-evaluate the budget for potential additional O&M funding.
