[Flood-Control] O&M Allocations and Policy

*_To all watershed program sponsors:_*

On Wednesday March 28, 2018 the State Board approved an additional 
$1,000,000.00 ($950,000.00 O&M) ($50,000.00 administration) for 
O&M.These funds are available to be allocated and O&M work *must be 
completed by July 15, 2018.**All requests for reimbursement must be 
submitted by July 31*, *2018.* The state financial system will be shut 
down around August 10 to convert to a new system.Payment could be 
delayed up to 30 days for any invoices submitted after July 31.

*_Bidding and Bonding Requirements _*

Attached is a form titled “Assurances – Flood Control Programs” that 
must be fully filled out and signed by the responsible entity requesting 
state funds.This completed form must be attached to each proposal in 
order to be considered for funding.

*_TSSWCB POLICY FOR O&M ALLOCATIONS, 3/28/2018_*

On 3/28/2018, the State Board also approved changes to the methodology 
that is used to approve proposals for Operation and Maintenance grants 
under the TSSWCB Flood Control Dam Program.  This is effective 
immediately.Attached is the current policy and a table with the maximum 
number of proposals allowed for each SWCD.
